Acts as a Finance Business Partner to Turkey and Israel Franchise and Marketing Teams and support finance organization on system thinking related to financial decisions, marketing investments, long-range goals. Creates and analyses System value chains with a holistic view of the value creation across the system, customer and marketing related financial analysis and insights. Leads system investment decisions by providing business a broader perspective on ROI, communicates and feeds business decisions of Israel Franchise Management Team to mitigate risks & capture opportunities across the System.
Responsibilities

Assure Turkey & Israel P&L targets are met via ensuring effective management of deliverables on target, provide business insight to support accelerating business growth, supporting Turkey & Israel FD for timely anticipating Risks & Opportunities to meet Revenue & OI targets.

Assume the accountability of timely and accurate reporting & analysis of consolidated Turkey Juice & Israel Financials (e.g. ensure timelines and requirements of actual, RE, BP processes are met. Additionally, be involved in the Annual and Strategic Business Plan process development as well as in execution, is also responsible for coordinating all activities within finance department relating to ABP and RE processes.

Act as financial representative in all discussions with corporate tax, treasury, accounting, and legal departments, with external bodies and others about any topic related to Turkey Juice &Israel Business.

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Turkey cash flow is planned inline with demand plans.

Pro-actively perform analysis on NSR growth and opportunities and share insights with TR & IL Franchise Team.

Act as Financial Business Partner/Consultant in innovation projects, ensuring relevant & accurate financial analysis while challenging proposed strategies to make proper assessment of risks & opportunities. Ensure all financial effect of new projects are properly reflected in KO P&L for Actual, RE & BP.

Ad-hoc reports & analysis for Turkey & Israel Franchise and Marketing teams to support decision making.

Establish routines with bottler finance teams and any other relevant area as Franchise, Marketing and Technical teams.

Provides excellent support to partners based on a deep understanding of their strategies and associated System implications
