Job Description

The Senior Product Manager will maintain technical qualifications for standards, grow market share in collaboration with sales managers, and review and approve PWS and related technical support. They will also coach and support Auditors during annual witness on-site audits for applicable standards. The Senior Product Manager will conduct training for internal resources, auditors, sales and operations staff, assist customer care with client issues, and support sales team by conducting webinars and participating in industry trade shows and related activities.

• Technical review of the ARGUS Audit Standard and ACSF Standards
• Working knowledge of pertinent Federal Aviation Regulations (65, 91, 119, 121, 135, 830, and Special Federal Regulations as appropriate), FAA Advisory Circulars, and company OPSPECS is necessary.
• Conduct customer audits remotely and on-site
• Support Key Account Specialist and Logistical Planning teams on technical aspects of audits as required
• Provide technical team support for various projects as required

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7+ years experience as a Lead Auditor

Preferred:

• MBA in Management Information Systems or a related field
• Project Management Professional

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

• Effective communication skills verbally, written, and interpersonal
• Advanced reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Detailed oriented
• Able to work in a multi-cultural team environment.
• Microsoft Office – Intermediate skill level

Salary – $72,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
