Senior Reward and HR/People Analytics Manager

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the “Senior Reward and HR/People Analytics Manager” position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

You will be responsible for ensuring that Danone salary structures, benefits programs, and HR People Analytics initiatives are aligned with the Group, business, and HR strategies, while being competitive and locally compliant. You will be in charge of all compensation & benefits policies, processes, and data-driven HR analytics implementation in the country.

While this role does not include direct team management responsibilities, you will be expected to lead the total rewards and people analytics agenda, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure impactful execution, reporting directly to the Head of OD, Reward & People Analytics.

Be responsible from the following requirements:

  • Manages all compensation activities including salary, short term and long term incentive plans, local benefits programs in the country
  • Ensures alignment with global Danone Reward policy & benefits programs
  • Is accountable for accuracy and strict confidentiality in the treatment of all data being exposed
  • Builds salary bands and Reward framework based on market data and manages the market benchmarking
  • Manages and negotiates with providers (brokers, third parties, etc.) at the country level
  • Continuously monitors the market, partners with our broker and other vendors to drive the design and management of benefits programs
  • Responsible for all local compensation & benefits communication to Danoners
  • Conducts external benchmarking studies on compensation & benefits subjects
  • As a People manager, in charge of development, setting objectives, providing feedback, and supervising the team reporting to this role
  • Consults with and provides direction, guidance, and resolution to HRBP and business leaders on compensation matters
  • Collaborates with the global mobility team to ensure pay practices are applied accurately for international assignees
  • Prepares global pay gap reporting and equal pay analysis
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure equal pay treatment and alignment with the Reward policy
  • Is accountable for our annual people budget, HR non people budget and rolling forecast processes. Ensures accuracy and alignment of Reward parameters in budgeting process and provides in-depth analysis of budget vs actuals. Leverages data, generates insights to support strategic decisions and improve business performance on related KPI’s.
  • People Analytics Responsibilities:
  • Acts as “Product Owner” for the People Analytics Agile scrum team and gives direction to the team on the development and implementation of HR People Analytics strategies to drive data-driven decision making
  • Works closely with HRBPs and COE’s to provide actionable insights for talent strategy, retention, and workforce planning
  • Min 8-9 years of experience in HR within Compensation & Benefits function
  • Experience working with external compensation consultants and other third party solution providers
  • Knowledge of Labour Law, regulations and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making
  • Capacity to manage and drive the agenda in a matrix organization
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to play a “hands-on” role with key projects and ability to manage multi projects simultaneously and effectively
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
