Senior Sales Support Engineer, HVAC

What you will do

As a Senior Sales Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our applied team, based in our İstanbul Office. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the back office team in the sales of Chiller, Fan Coil, AHU, and CCU products. Additionally, you will visit project designer companies to propose tailored solutions.

How you will do it

In this role, you will utilize specialized programming tools to select the appropriate HVAC equipment according to customer specifications. You will manage operational processes, prepare proposal and submittal files, and handle order documentation. Effective communication with our Global Headquarters will be essential to resolve related issues, and you will be involved in specification and estimation evaluations for project preparations.

What we look for

Required

• Pre/post-graduation from Mechanical Engineering or Climatization and Cooling fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a creative, can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly
• High attention to detail and focus

Preferred

• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience in visiting project designer companies and developing solutions for them
