Senior Software Development Test Engineer in Automation (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior Sofware Development Test Engineer in Automation(SDET) having with following skills and responsibilities.

Required Skills:

• Strong Java, Selenium, Cucumber / Robot Framework development skills.
• 5+ years of experience developing test automation frameworks, QA engineering/software testing process and methods.
• Experience with common Java test automation frameworks – Cucumber, Gauge, REST Assured.
• Recent hands-on experience in front-end test automation tools and libraries such as Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Gatling and others.
• Recent hands-on experience in test automation, REST API testing, creating API and integration tests.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of QA Testing Methodologies, test planning, test case preparation, defect management, system dependencies and product integration phases.
• Extensive working knowledge of relational databases, strong SQL
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines like Azure Devops and
• Excellent understanding of testing concepts and the role of QA in the software development lifecycle.
• Spoken English is mustfor daily scrum meetings with foreign teams and customers.
• Experience with JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of Linux and command line shell scripting is a plus.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Strong Teamworkand communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining test automation scenarios.
• Executing automated test scenarios for functionality, regression, integration, etc.
• Creating test plans which include change request details. Testing Schedule, Testing Resources, Testing Strategy, Required Tools and Risks.
• Gathering test requirements and producing test specifications.
• Analyzing and reporting the test results and logging test outcomes.
• Working within an agile team.
• Building and maintaining the test automation pipelines and infrastructure.
• Contributing to Test Automation Chapters actively by defining standards, sharing issues and challenges.
