Must for the Role – People with demonstrated BPM (Large deal) sales experience. The candidate needs to be able to convert their deep knowledge into the ability to sell transformation-driven outsourcing.
Consultative Selling is also a Must in the role—a blend of Technology & BPM Expert. Help WNS penetrate Large Deals and win New Clients. ( Hunting Expertise is mandatory).
The ideal candidate will have a deep domain understanding of Airlines, Hospitality, Cruise & OTA / TMC.
Candidate must have strong cross-functional experience in driving business transformation, growth, and development within these industries. Should be able to drive new business sales for WNS by demonstrating the ability to source, qualify, strategize, pitch and close large/complex multi-tower BPM deals.
