Service Corner Assembly Technician

For our Customer Services organization, we are looking for an Assembly Technician for our Service Corner Team in Gebze. 

What part will you play? 

• Assembling of Medium Voltage Air Insulated Switchgear Panels from beginning to the end.
• Supporting quality control team.
• Applying secondary Project revisions on product and reviewing Project documentation
• Executing revisions on low and medium voltage parts.
• On site repair, maintenance, and revision activities.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Technical High School degree is required, preferably in electrics/electronics.
• Able to understand project documentation (Single line diagrams, technical sheets, project schematics, mechanical lists).
• Deep knowledge on medium voltage switchgear frame, breaker, door, transformer and ventilation sub- and final assemblies.
• Able to prepare & install cable harnesses.
• Apply quality control checklists, filling forms.
• Coordination of intralogistics for materials and finished products.
• Handling of non-conformities, tracking and solving problems at shopfloor.
• Expected product proficiency on following Siemens products: Simoprime, 8BT1, 8BT3, 8BK20, 8BK30, NXAir SION, NXAir M SION, NXAir P.
• Lean manufacturing basic knowledge.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
