Responsibilities:
- Clarifies offer, delivery and cost-relevant detailed clarification with the sales managers as well as all departments involved (requesting the order entry package)
- Controls order and production progress and coordinates between all departments
- Evaluates the urgency of contracts in consultation with the project manager, the industry departments, design, order lines and manufacturing
- Prepares the spare parts business: Information to the operating subsidiary and, if necessary, Key Account Manager
- Maintains the order data folder (ADAM) in consultation with the design
- Coordinates technical changes as well as change of scope of delivery
- Ensures timely delivery to the customer including shipping coordination
- Organizes and participates in customer acceptances (3rd Party Inspection etc.)
- Ensures compliance with legal export control regulations
- Proposes further development and improvement of the order processing process
- May develop, implement and execute (lead) customer trainings and create new customer training formats

- Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
