Servis Komisi görevli olduğu restoran dahilinde çalışan garsonlara yardım eder ve onlara servis boyunca destek olur. 

Stok, hazırlık ve çalışma alanlarından sorumludur. 

Sorumlu olduğu alanlarda, hasarlı eşyalar, temizlenecek ekipmanlar ve alanlar dahil gereksiz yanan ışıkları kapatarak kapıları kitleyerek ve günlük temizliği tamamlayarak gerekli kapanış görevlerini uygular. 

Temizliğin ve tüm porselen, gümüş ve cam ürünlerin denetiminden sorumludur. 

Çalışma alanını temiz tutar.
