Job Description

  • Control and apply postponement, preponement and cancellation requests from internal customers.
  • Tracking of unconfirmed purchase orders, correcting incorrect confirmations in the SAP system via EDI.
  • Support Customer Logistics Planning team regarding operation issues.

Qualifications

  • 3rd year or master student from related fields Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, and other relevant departments,
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel in particular)
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Ability to handle, analyse large amount of data and present it,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Analytical thinking, social competence & teamwork ability,
  • Excellent time management
  • Good command in English or German
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
