Job Description

• Support BuP1/BPS associates in the improvement suggestion system digitalization project.
• Assist in the creation and development of the BuP1/BPS portal.
• Provide support for digitalization-related projects (e.g., PlantSimulation and TPT tracking tool).

Qualifications

• 3rd-year undergraduate student in Engineering (Electronics, Computer, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
• Available to work on-site in Bursa at least 2-3 days per week.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (German is a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and MS Power BI.
• Eager to learn and develop independently through various self-learning platforms.
• Basic knowledge of computer programming (SQL, Python, and R knowledge is a plus).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
