Job Description Summary
Spare Part and Warehouse Responsible will be responsible for managing and maintaining the stock of spare parts, ensuring that inventory levels are always accurate, and that critical parts are readily available to avoid downtime, perform tasks related to receiving, warehousing, and releasing materials into production. This person is also coordinating with suppliers, ensuring proper storage conditions, maintaining a secure and organized stockroom.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive, classify, and stock incoming goods, ensuring proper documentation in the ERP system
- Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and ensure all spare parts are accounted
- Resolve issues, apply technical knowledge, and follow established procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the availability of critical spare parts and reorder when necessary to prevent downtime
- Use inventory management software to streamline tracking and manage parts effectively
- Store parts in an organized manner, labeling and categorizing for quick access, while ensuring proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity)
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Issue spare parts to maintenance teams, keeping detailed records of stock movements
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Generate inventory reports and track obsolete or slow-moving parts to optimize space
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements for cost-effective procurement
- Adhere to safety regulations and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year university degree, specifically in mechanics, mechatronics or electrical
- 5 years’ experience in inventory, spare parts warehouse management or maintenance processes
- Minimum intermediate level of verbal and written English language skills
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as calipers
- Deep knowledge of documentation and archiving
- Being comfortable about working in the field
- SAP program knowledge is a must
- Ability to live in Istanbul or Kocaeli
