Job Description

Provide a key support role to effectively assist the mobile and retail channel in generating customer enquiries and lodgements. Provide a professional and reputable broker marketing service with exceptional customer service and turnaround times.

Manage a high volume of Broker marketing enquiries and administration support requests. Ensure centralised marketing processes are maintained and improved upon on an ongoing basis. Ensure accurate campaign measurement, reporting and analysis to provide campaign results and insights.

Ensure Aussie brand guidelines and strict compliance standards are adhered to in all broker marketing materials and campaigns. Provide marketing support to State Marketing Consultants to assist in achieving customer enquiry and lodgement targets.

Position Responsibilities

  • Respond to and action a high volume of broker marketing requests (retail and mobile), including, artwork assistance and approval, content and compliance approvals, campaign enquiries, concept approval, supply relevant terms and conditions and disclaimers, Toolbox Marketing campaigns, assisting brokers with off-the-shelf marketing solutions and general marketing enquiries
  • Ensure processes are followed for efficient turnaround times, deliverables output and reporting – including broker request process, broker resources and communications, and invoice processing
  • Provide monthly reporting on broker enquiries, status and outcomes. Collate data to report on national trends for marketing requests.
  • Ensure all broker marketing materials and campaigns meet legal, statutory, internal audit and compliance standards. Communicate escalated requests and where necessary escalate approvals to the Manager, Broker Marketing. Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Aussie Brand Guidelines
  • Work with Aussie’s template automation supplier, Outfit, to brief in pre-approved broker marketing templates, test new template builds, review high volume of templates customised by Brokers and report on usage and accessibility.
  • Ongoing maintenance of Aussie’s online centralised ‘Marketing Hub’ on Aussie Chatter, adding approved artwork and campaign assets, updating process documents and policies and ensuring all resources are relevant and up to date.
  • Retail store digital screen content management, includes uploading content to retail store screens, removal of outdated content, making recommendations for content improvements and regularly updating the National Digital Screen Content Loop deck.
  • Maintain the Compliance requirements ensuring all approvals, risk incident reports, terms and conditions are recorded and stored securely
  • Coordinate Terms & Conditions and disclaimers for broker campaigns and materials
  • Support the Manager, Broker Marketing with states based and seasons campaign coordination (Online Facebook promotions, Christmas Campaign etc.), data entry, results tracking, prize draws and prize allocation, coordinate national marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal interfaces and marketing suppliers.
  • Manage the relationship with Winc, whilst ensuring SOH is up to date and invoices paid.
  • Maintain Local Area Marketing Kit and ensure campaigns are current

KPIs

  • Contribution to the achievement of generating customer enquiries and lodgement targets
  • Providing a 24-hour response time. Maximum 3 days turn around for non-compliance requests. Close broker requests within 10 business days.
  • Volume of requests processed
  • Reporting and tracking systems to measure campaigns and provide key insights
  • Efficiency of Marketing Services processes and systems
  • Feedback from all internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Compliance with Aussie’s brand guidelines
  • Compliance with legal, statutory, internal audit and compliance standard

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years marketing Coordinator experience or equivalent
  • Superior project management skills
  • Superior tracking, reporting and analytical skills (preferably in Salesforce or Google analytics)
  • Ability to proactively identify, understand, communicate and act on current and future risks
  • Help create and work in a risk resilient environment
  • Work collaboratively with other BU’s and team members to ensure risks are identified and actions are taken to deliver sustainable results.
  • Ability to always ask ‘Should We?’, not just Can We?’, to deliver better customer outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and reprioritise as required
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Understanding of both brokerage & franchise models
