You will join the EMEA Sales Enablement team, a group of experienced professionals and strategic partners to regional and local Sales teams. We drive the effort to equip all Sales roles with the business and technical sales knowledge and skills they need to successfully engage Buyers and generate revenue, all while maturing their sales capabilities. We do that by deploying a consultative and programmatic approach focused on sales execution excellence, guided by meaningful business impact, cross-functional collaboration, quantitative and qualitative actionable insights, innovation, and a continuous growth mindset.
The Role
As the Specialist Sales Enablement, you will help develop defined sales abilities for each Sales role in Turkey and support the Sales Enablement Team across Europe. You will assist a dynamic, multi-channel team of in-seat sales professionals operating in a highly competitive and changing environment, as well as help onboard new hires to sales productivity.
