Job Description
In support of the TA Operations team, the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining the operations of the Talent Acquisition department at NBCUniversal. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of recruitment operations in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for TA Ops process issues and recruitment system troubleshooting, providing timely follow-up to inquiries from the Talent Acquisition team.
- Work cross-functionally with the TA Operations verticals (Candidate Experience, Branding, Training/Change Management) to build, edit, and coordinate the execution of bi-weekly newsletters and other content-driven communications.
- Assist with system testing for applicant tracking system enhancements and new technology implementations.
- Provide project support on all enhancements & implementations.
- Undertake special projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition Operations.
- Assist Ops Lead with maintaining clear and accurate operations documents/procedures and a shared drive for reference purposes.
- Assist Data & Analytics Lead with weekly operational audits; following up with Recruiters to ensure accurate data in our ATS.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and systems, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – SmartRecruiters knowledge is a bonus!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible, proactive, detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities.

- Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
