Supports coordination, preparation and execution of clinical trial(s) and /or supporting activities within schedule, budget, quality /compliance and performance standards.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Contribute to one or more operational aspects of assigned clinical trials / projects, under appropriate oversight.
Might be involved in certain operational excellence activities like process improvement or other line function initiatives.
Most of the activities will be conducted under day to day supervision.
Reporting of technical complaints /adverse events /special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
Key performance indicators:
Timely, efficient and quality execution of clinical trial(s) and /or supporting activities assigned within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Adherence to Novartis policy and guidelines and external regulations
