SSO Finance Specialist

Job Description Summary

  • Supports coordination, preparation and execution of clinical trial(s) and /or supporting activities within schedule, budget, quality /compliance and performance standards.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Contribute to one or more operational aspects of assigned clinical trials / projects, under appropriate oversight.
  • Might be involved in certain operational excellence activities like process improvement or other line function initiatives.
  • Most of the activities will be conducted under day to day supervision.
  • Reporting of technical complaints /adverse events /special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).

Key performance indicators:

  • Timely, efficient and quality execution of clinical trial(s) and /or supporting activities assigned within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Adherence to Novartis policy and guidelines and external regulations

Minimum Requirements:
