Strategic Accounts Trade Marketing and Sales Operations Manager

(Istanbul, Turkey)

Your Mission

• Effectively engage, develop and lead sales operation with strong guidance in understanding and assessing customers’ needs, business objectives, strategies, and value propositions.
• Preparation, analysis & reporting of annual sales budget, monthly-quarterly forecasts, business plans
• Review and propose actions on monthly sales performance per channel and business unit
• Monthly follow up customer & product profitability
• Collaborate with the planning and sales team to ensure accurate forecasting in line with KPIs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the execution of the sales plans and deliver against desired service levels new developments
• Develop and maintain reports, documents, databases using Digital Tools to improve efficiency
• Work with sales teams and financial controllers to ensure adherence to the pricing policy, appropriate governance and controls are in place for all customer investments
• Managing price design in SAP/SD, controlling and tracking
• Analyze & control daily stock & delivery

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/ related fields
• At least 7-8 years of experience in trade marketing, Sales Analysis – Controlling
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools including Power BI, QlikView
• Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge is an asset
• Strong planning/organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadline
• Having experience in team management
• Advanced Excel skills, proficient PowerPoint knowledge and additional computer competency
• Analytical minded, highly motivated and ambitious for a dynamic work environment
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English
