The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Insights Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving specialized capabilities and developing a profound understanding of brands, market dynamics, customer/stakeholder profiles, and their needs and expectations. You will uncover powerful, differentiating business insights and challenge common perceptions to add value to our brand and business.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.
• Define and create new data and insight sources, ensuring all processes are measurable.
• Streamline and automate insight processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Innovate data sources to highlight business needs across all disease areas.
• Support analytics development to improve customer engagement continuously.
• Manage CRM systems effectively, ensuring integration with neighboring systems.

Who You Are

To excel in this role, you bring:

• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of strategic insights and business excellence (preferred).
• The ability to work in a networked organization and achieve exponential impact.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and solution-oriented mindset.
• A Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, consultancy, or market research.
• Preferably, a good command of market research methodologies.
• Fluency in English and a willingness to thrive in an agile, trust-based, self-led organization.
