What you’ll do

• Implement and optimize online conversation strategies;
• Manage and optimize landing pages;
• Expand the lead capture with third parties and manage/negotiate those capture models;
• Define strategy, design, implement solutions and optimize digital KPIs;
• Provide analytical reporting;
• Implement and optimize PPC and PPL strategies;
• Implement and optimize SEO strategy.

What you’ll need

• Managing and motivating the team;
• Responsible for the development of each individual, to be accountable for the quality, productivity and attendance of the team;
• Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize the productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin;
• Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;
• Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
• Developing action plans for continuous improvement;
