What you’ll do
- Implement and optimize online conversation strategies;
- Manage and optimize landing pages;
- Expand the lead capture with third parties and manage/negotiate those capture models;
- Define strategy, design, implement solutions and optimize digital KPIs;
- Provide analytical reporting;
- Implement and optimize PPC and PPL strategies;
- Implement and optimize SEO strategy.

What you’ll need
- Managing and motivating the team;
- Responsible for the development of each individual, to be accountable for the quality, productivity and attendance of the team;
- Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize the productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin;
- Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;
- Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
- Developing action plans for continuous improvement;
