Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Supplier Quality Management tasks for series purchased components
Fast and efficient problem solving in Management of Complaint Process (8D to Suppliers)
Being window person for purchasing organization in the plant
Concessions (special releases) for supplied parts
Internal cooperation with Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Commercial (Direct) Purchasing, Project Management, Project Quality and Supplier Quality functions
Planning Risk Oriented Incoming Inspection
Reimbursement (Charge back) of defect costs to suppliers in coordination with Commercial (Direct) Purchasing
Guiding supplier task forces and escalation management
Measuring comparison and counter measurement within the scope of initial sampling
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or comparable degree
2 years + working experience in Supplier Quality Management
Experienced in problem solving methods (8D)
Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
Assertiveness & ability to negotiate & convince on management level
Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
Fluent in Turkish and English (German is an asset)
