Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand and supply planning strategies to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring alignment with company policies and business needs.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Support and enhance Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and availability reports.
- Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
