ABOUT THE TEAM

If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operation activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. There are eight main disciplines within The Operations Team: Operations, International Operations, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence, Business Intelligence and Warehouse Projects & Optimization.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supply products within the stipulated timeframe and in the right quantities
• Coordinate with suppliers and other units for product procurement
• Communicate well with suppliers and coordinate all operational processes
• Prepare supplier operational performance reports
• Follow up supplier performance and analyze supplier performance improvement points
• Coordinate and create operational processes for new countries

QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering faculty is a plus)
• At least 2 years of experience, supplier management
• Good command of MS Office, (especially excel knowledge)
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
