Supply Planning Manager

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the “ Supply Planning Manager ” Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Supply Planning Manager, you will be an individual contributor in this role and reporting to the Senior Supply Planning Manager and will be a part of team.

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Developing timely and accurate plans for finished products at assigned level of the supply network,
• Ensuring supply execution and finished goods availability in the markets within the 1 to 17 weeks planning horizon for portfolio, across teams of Demand planners, Customer Service & Logistics.
• Plan and prioritize productions to ensure maximum performance and optimum stock levels
• Regular collaboration and alignment with the other supplier teams
• Responsible for setting target safety stock levels, tracking total inventory to make sure stock levels are in line with the target
• Proactively identifying potential slow mover inventory, providing visibility in excess inventory by root cause analysis and following up necessary actions to deplete the excess inventory
• Providing necessary analyses and data for production & supply planning
• Reporting and tracking productions plans (PSL) of factory
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
• Developing release schedules and forecasting transport needs for the coming weeks.
• Increase Customer Service Level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent level of English is a must
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new tools
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Strong analytical and planning skills,
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills,
• Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to ensure smooth operations,
• Persistent problem-solving abilities,
• Result-focused, pro-active, creative and ambitious
• Excellent operation management skills
