Currently, we are launching our service to Turkey and we are seeking several Support Caller, Driver Operations to join the Driver Operations team!
Office location: Sisli, Istanbul
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging registration for delivery services.
- Meet daily and monthly targets by proactively onboarding a defined number of drivers to ensure network growth.
- Provide accurate information to drivers about our platform, services, and registration process.
- Capture and process driver information during calls, including personal details and delivery requirements.
- Maintain meticulous call records, documenting key points, feedback, and suggestions for future reference and analysis.
- Convert driver from registration to verified in the platform
Requirements:
- Advanced skill in Excel & PowerPoint
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Good Communication Skills in both Turkish and basic communication in English
