System specialist, Service Desk (JG 13) provides first class technical support to internal clients; analyzes, determines and solves client issues.Cooperates internally to answer client questions and solve issues. Escalates non-solved issues to the specialized teams. Responsible for client satisfaction with regard to all performed activities.
Job description:
- Onsite IT support including 1st and 2nd level basic end user and IT infrastructure support for both office and shopfloor end users/IT endpoints.
- Providing basic PC hardware/printer/software support.
- Administration of support tickets in ITSM system.
- Applying IT security standards and assisting the security services team.
- Offering emergency onsite support and special support for VIP users.
- Cooperating closely with all Shared Services Teams.
Position requirements:
- General knowledge about IT infrastructure HW and systems
- Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Experience with mobile devices support
- Customer service skills
- English language on A2 level
- Ability to learn new things
- Experience with IT support in manufacturing company is a plus
