What’s the role?

Join our dynamic talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Manila office. Reporting to our head office in Australia, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our expanding team. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle, from building talent pipelines to facilitating smooth onboarding processes. We embrace curiosity and welcome new ideas to enhance our processes and drive improvements. 

Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process across a range of positions within our Group Services area (e.g., Marketing, HR, Finance, Technology, Sales) including taking job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Partner with hiring leaders/stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business / talent requirements, and consult with them on attraction, selection and hiring of talent
• Build, manage and maintain talent pools of passive and active talent that accelerate hiring efforts to meet business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with curiosity and a proactive mindset. You should actively seek out new ideas and perspectives to enhance our recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Be a brand ambassador for Lendi Group and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, including being able to effectively share the Lendi Group story, purpose, values, and culture
• Use data, insights, and market intelligence to provide thought leadership, inform sourcing strategies and drive continuous improvement
• Support in the design and execution of recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (end-to-end recruitment)
• Must be fluent and can confidently speak in English and Filipino
• Has good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Preferably has experience working in an international organization or a multi-cultural environment
• You will be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Be passionate about making a difference and contributing to the long-term talent strategy of the business
