Siemens is looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional for TA team in İstanbul

What part will you play?

  • Understanding recruiting needs and job requirements, and advising on most appropriate actions,

  • Implementing talent acquisition standards and ensuring effective recruiting programs and respective measures on local level,

  • Monitoring reports generated from recruitment data and tracking them to achieve recruitment goals, ensuring alignment with hiring objectives.

  • Proactive sourcing and head hunting in house to find the best candidates, creating a talent pipeline pools, assessment and selection of candidates,

  • Ensuring that candidates and hiring managers have the best possible experience throughout the recruitment process, and keeping them updated at every step to maintain their engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to create recruitment forecasts and working in partnership with them to develop hiring strategies.

  • Supporting management in the design and development of TA policies, guidelines, methods and tools,

  • Cooperating with P&O business partners or hiring management in related matters,

  • Supporting the delivery plan concerning employer branding activities in strategic universities and schools and on target social media, for candidate pipeline,

  • Participating in projects within the company that support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and shaping recruitment strategies accordingly in this direction.

What you need to make real what matters

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources or related subject,

  • Deep knowledge of and successful recruitment history in technical recruiting environment,

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Turkish & English,

  • Having experience in utilizing LinkedIn for recruitment processes and actively managing a Recruiter account

  • Workday and Avature knowledge will be preferred,

  • Having a Personality Inventory Assessor Certificate is a plus,

  • Capable of managing multiple business processes simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on time sensitivity,

  • Coherent with hybrid working. (2-3 days office in a week),

  • Flexibility of being mobile when needed, mainly for recruitment processes in Gebze and Ankara,
