We are looking for a Team Leader, who will be responsible for guiding, coaching and motivating a team that is focused on customer service on social media.

What you’ll do

• Motivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals;
• Ensure both individual and team productivity, manage performance, provide floor assistance and real-time coaching;
• Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.

What you’ll need

• Native Turkish speakers (preferred);
• Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
• Experience managing teams (preferred);
• Availability to work in the office and in shifts.
