We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey as a Technical Presales Engineer.

Job overview: As a Technical Presales Engineer you will provide technical support Sales for Integrated rack solution (IRS) and Avocent (ITS) products and solutions. You will provide Sales with pre-sales technical support when building proposals, quotes and tenders and take care of the development of technically and price competitive applications for IRS and ITS products to fulfill customer requirements where standard products do not fit.

What you’ll do? As a key team player, your responsibilities include:

• Review RFQs and identify customer requirements/specifications;
• Provide sales and pre-sales support with technical support of product specifications and applications;
• Standard product selection based on customer requirements;
• Prepare relevant technical documents;
• Presentation/explanation of solution to sales organization;
• Create product and application presentations for customers and consultants;
• Provide technical trainings to sales teams;
• Work with Product Management and Sales teams to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.

What makes you successful? Bring your passion and expertise with:

• School Background: Electrical or Mechanical engineering background or equivalent education with proven filed experience;
• Experience: +2 years of experience;
• Previous working experience: experience in IRS and “out of band” products, especially for Datacenter or equivalent;
• Language skills: fluent English and Turkish written and verbal is required. Nice to have Russian;
• Practical experiences with integrated rack solutions products;
• Experience in quoting/proposing/installing/ managing projects;
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD systems;
• High focus on customer needs.
