Job Description

  • Technical Sales Engineer for commercial vehicle mobility products (Fuel Injection Equipment, Exhaust gas aftertreatment, sensors, control units etc…)
  • Coordinate and lead cross functional teams to fulfill customer RFQs
  • Preparation and presentation of quotations
  • Lead all commercial topics associated with the projects including price management/negotiation with the customer
  • Direct the change management process including coordination with the Bosch plants, quotation of changes to ensure profitability targets and execute implementation to meet customer timing
  • Responsible for sample management and coordination. Confirm customer requirements, quoting and ordering to ensure orders are received and delivered on-time to meet customer technical specifications and project milestones
  • Manage and communicate customer program data for Bosch business planning activities
  • Coordination of price and volume planning for all products
  • Leading management reports to fulfill current forecast and business plan activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or above degrees
  • 4 or more years of previous engineering, or sales experience in Mobility area
  • Excellent oral and written (English) language skills required. German is asset
  • Individual must be motivated and have ability to work independently.
  • Ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports.
  • Must have moderate to advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook software. Must be capable of learning other software packages.
  • Individual must possess the interpersonal skills to communicate with coworkers and customers in a professional manner.
  • Proven capability to negotiate and close complex topics
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Knowledge about mobility products
