About this opportunity 

We are offering an exciting role of Marketing Intern. Candidates who are looking to work with us to deliver on our mission to Transforming smiles, changing lives are welcomed. In this role, you will… 

You will support Align Turkey Marketing team to deliver a flawless execution of local events (clinical, marketing) while coordinating marketing admin tasks:

• Coordinate local event calendar preparations and roll out, manage event timelines with marketing team
• Plan and monitor events budget closely together with the marketing manager.
• Liaise with internal teams and partners in relation to clinical / marketing events, following up on registrations, certification kit materials and post-event activities (i.e. reports)
• Oversee planning and execution of large and smaller scale local congresses including owning congress logistics, accommodation, and assisting the relevant marketing manager with the coordination of sponsorship opportunities
• Assist marketing managers with speakers and KOL’s management (contracts, invoices, meeting preparations)
• Registration and follow up on the scientific and educational events on the MOH website, in case required.
• Inventory Management – of all marketing collateral, sales support materials and Clinical event kits
• Liaising with agencies re printing, creative
• Management of purchase & expenditure requisitions for the team together with relevant marketing manager (PR / PO Process)
• Invoice tracking and reporting to Finance team
• Support Marketing functions as required: Commercial, Channel and Clinical Education
• Primary contact for Marketing administration tasks

In this role, you’ll need … 

• Bachelor/Master Graduduate or studying your final year at the univeristy
• Strong implementation, excellence in execution in a very agile environment
• Very good time management, ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Basic data analysis skill and budget control (Excel)
• Fast learner, self-motivated and a team player
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• 4 or 5 days/week working time
