We are looking for a Trade Marketing Intern to join our Demand Accelerator Team based in Istanbul. The individual will be responsible for Trade Marketing Intern and directly report to Trade Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support Manager to build commercial plans to Accelerate Traditional Trade Channel Growth.
  • Analyse internal&external data, point out growth pillars&opportunities to be deployed to accelerate channel growth.
  • Tracking Dükkan Senin D&A & Incentive Programme budgets.
  • Identify and capture regional, banner/format opportunities.
  • Tracking brand and trade marketing agenda ; To make sure for time executions inline with brand agenda.
  • Follow sales incentive & engagement programs and analyze the performance via post analysis.
  • Making analyzes about competition, market dynamics and our business results by using sources such as Nielsen and Qlikview, and suggesting action. 
  • Develop&Execute new tools for Sales Tracking&Scorecarding process
  • Execution Excellence & Picture of Success scorecard
  • Sales Execution scorecard
  • Channel/Customer/CVO initiatives follow up and actions
  • Budget tracking and actions
  • Dükkan Senin Campaign Scorecard
  • Incentive & Engagement Programme tracking

Qualifications

  • University students 4th grade
  • Able to work 3 days per week
  • Analytical, result oriented and eager to learn
  • Able to synthesize and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends, events etc to generate insights
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
  • Proactive working style and initiative taking
  • Team player
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow up skills
  • Strong collaboration, communication , influence and impact skills
