Meaningful Work From Day One

The Traditional Trade Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales and distribution activities, with a focus on brand building, increasing brand awareness among customers, and ensuring the optimal market position for Brown-Forman brands within TT. This role works closely with and supports the TT Area Sales Manager. The Traditional Trade Sales Supervisor is accountable for achieving both personal and team goals, and for managing and developing a team of distributors.

What You Can Expect

Off-Trade – TT

● Implements the overall sales strategy in TT and guides teams of B-F business partners to implement these strategies.

● Makes point-of-sale visits in line with the sales steps, in accordance with company standards, and according to the routes approved by the Senior Sales Supervisor.

● It makes commercial visits to TT sales points and establishes and maintains business partnerships with the visited sales points.

● Supports the Area Sales Manager in the creation of distributor orders and monitors the fulfillment of distributor acquisition targets.

● Responsible for the physical availability of new and seasonal products in all store formats in its region.

● Responsible for the sales (distributor buying and field sales), distribution and visibility of B-F products.

● Ensures optimum stock level at sales points and displays products in accordance with BF standards, legal advice and internal regulations.

● Responsible for applying the brands according to the determined planograms and positioning the POSM materials in the best possible way.

● Ensures that the budgets allocated for the activities are implemented appropriately and efficiently in line with the installation mechanics and deadlines in accordance with the standards applicable in the company.

● Responsible for inclusion of potential new traditional channel outlets operating in the territory. In this direction, it guides the teams of B-F business partners.

● Implements the opening and/or closing of Traditional Channel sales points in the system in line with company standards.

● Makes regional analyzes that supports increasing the sales of B-F brands and the realization of company targets, prepares action plans and implements these plans together with the teams of B-F business partners.

● Ensures the correct implementation of sales campaigns/promotional activities.

● Holds regular meetings with the sales team of B-F business partners. Guiding sales teams in line with company strategies.

Administrative Duties:

● Delivers the expected data, reports, activity evaluation in a timely manner according to the standards and procedures valid in the company.

● Read corporate emails regularly. Responds to emails in a timely manner.

● Responsible for timely reporting in accordance with B-F standards through Panorama & Vispera (Collecting data on BF products, market data, data on customers served, and information on competitors’ activities in the market).

● Supervises the work of B-F business partners who provide merch services in the field.

● Responsible for maintaining the customer database in their region accurately and up-to-date.

● Aligns the investments with the company’s strategic objectives.

● Maintains operations in the responsible territory in compliance with company standards.

● Guarantees the responsible territory consistently achieves top-tier results.

● Holds regular meetings with the Area Sales Manager for feedback on job status.

● Keep the relevant database accurate and up-to-date for the customers in their responsible territory.

● Acts as the Brand Ambassador of the B-F Portfolio. Coordinates the preparation and execution of special product training for the sales personnel of B-F business partners.

What You Bring to the Table

● Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent).

● Competent computer use (MS Office programs – Excel, Power Point).

● Proficient in spoken and written English.

● Driver’s license.

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within the same category/field.

● Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.

● Comprehensive understanding of the market.

● Excellent business process organization skills.

● Proven ability to establish and maintain easy, sustainable commercial relationships.

● Experience in utilizing financials in collaboration with clients.

● Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients.
