What you’ll do

  • Follow up any regional rollout progress and to ensure effective coordination between Central Planning, NOC and BÇO Teams. 
  • Prepare periodically transport network report to figure out the faults and follow up Transport KPIs and keep them over defined SLA levels. (i.e:) 
  • Daily Packet Loss, Delay and jitter.
  • Daily MW RX level monitoring.
  • Daily Link utilization (MW and IP MPLS device uplinks capacity management) 
  • Daily Network availability& reliability.
  • Make necessary Hardware upgrade on time.
  • Analysis of any incident related Acces Transport network and provide necesary solution methods and follow the completion of action plan with NOC and BÇO teams.
  • Supporting Central Planning Project. (i.e Fiber Project or new technology trials) To analysis of Sales team “enterprise customer” demands and manage RED VPN service activation
  • Preparing E2E Transport plans of 2G/3G/4G and Enterprise customer demands i.e: Red RL/Red Fiber)
  • Backhaul Link capacity planning and MW frequency planning for the optimum traffic management.
  • To keep the regional transport plans up-to-date.
  • Continuous Transport Network optimization for operational efficiency especially for below items.

o OPEX saving

o Availability &Redundancy

o Capacity Management

Who you are

  • To have knowledge of IP/MPLS, MW, technologies.
  • Experience on Transport Planning tool and NMS.

o Atoll for MW 

o Mapinfo, REDEYE for GIS

o NCE for Huawei, NFMP for Nokia Transport NMS systems.

  • Strong Knowledge in below areas;

o Routing Protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, RSVP-TE, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BGP etc.) 

o E2E IP Transport network Synchronization (i.e: Frequency &Phase Sync, PTP)

  • Strong Knowledge on QoS requirements on Transport and Ran Network.
  • Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical / Computer Engineer
  • Experience in IP-MPLS transport networks, particularly regional planning or operation.
  • Having good knowledge of Huawei, Cisco or Nokia routers. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
