Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
- Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude.
Our requirements:
- Turkish language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
- Availability to work flexible hours, sometimes on weekends and local public holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.
