(Turkey) Team Leader (Fluent Turkish and English)

What You Will Do:

  • Set clear goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines;
  • Oversee day-to-day operation;
  • Provide support via phone calls;
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation;
  • Conducting training of team members;
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics;
  • Working with product and support teams to ensure all client issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Turkish and English;
  • Experience as a team leader or supervisor;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Analytical & Research Skills.

Will be a great plus:

  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus;
  • Experience with native speakers;
  • International exchange programs participation.
