Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging Turkish language lessons tailored to the needs of the hotel operation.
Assess students’ language proficiency levels and create personalized learning plans.
Organize and conduct group and individual classes, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
Provide cultural insights to complement language instruction, fostering a deeper appreciation for Turkish culture.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with hotel management to schedule classes and promote language offerings to staff.
Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Teaching certification preferred).
Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
Previous experience teaching Turkish as a foreign language, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
Excellent computer skills.
