Program Summary

KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

Perform a variety of cleaning and supplying tasks to ensure facilities are clean, presentable, safe, and sanitary in accordance with custodial requirements and, at times, perform other minor maintenance tasks and logistics works as requested by supervisors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform facility cleaning which includes but not limited to maintenance and upkeep of floors (hard surface and carpet), walls/doors, glass surfaces (windows, door glass, skylights, light fixtures, desk glass, etc.), exposed heating and air conditioning units/ducts, toilets (commodes, lavatories, wash basins, mirrors, exposed exhaust fans, walls, floor, to includes maintaining and restocking toilets sundries/supplies). Facility cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, dusting (high/low), water removal (as a results of flooding), removing trashing and other related duties as directed.
• Transport and replenish supplies as needed.
• Remove Snow and Ice using calcium chloride compound, clean/sweep the exterior of buildings, including walkways and patios.
• Perform custodial services at specified intervals, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Prioritize the safety of oneself and the team while executing tasks. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Proactively identify potential safety hazards and take corrective measures to mitigate risks.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
• Will work outside and sometimes in severe weather conditions.
• Will lift items up to 20 kilos, walk up and down stairs and climb step ladders up to 2.40 meters.

Basic Qualifications

• Turkish Citizen
• High School graduate (must possess diploma)
• Must have English Level 1
• Valid Driver’s license is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Have the ability to speak English sufficiently enough to converse with the customer. English Level 2
• Have three years of general janitorial experience.

All positions require the applicant to obtain and pass a medical physical that is certified by a doctor.

All positions require a current and favorable Turkish Security background check.

All male candidates must have completed their military service.
