Program Summary

KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Quality Manager, Site Management, and Program Management regarding oversight of an effective quality complaint system that monitors operations for nonconformances. Through monitoring means such as audits, inspections, metrics, and other data collection methods, the quality unit maintains effective quality control of the operation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Documents using computer hardware and software including: Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/Project/Power Point/etc.:
  • Document Review: Provide Documents support to users; review and maintain the controlled documents, Working Instructions, Internal Operating Procedures, Forms.
  • Document Revision: Revise/check controlled documents, Working Instructions, Internal Operating Procedures, Forms, and maintain the records on the Shared Drive.
  • Maintaining Nonconformance and Adverse Reporting: Identify, document, review, provide objective evidence and upload adverse reports on the Quality Shared Drive and/or any other Quality System Software.
  • Maintain Corrective/Preventive Action (CA/PA): Create CA/PA Tracking Forms, identify CA/PA, cross-collaborate with other teams on solutions to non-conformances, assign tracking numbers of records, and upload CA/PA Tracking Forms on the Quality Shared Drive and/or any other Quality System Software.
  • Maintain Audit/Inspections: Develop, maintain and monitor internal audit/Inspection schedules, audit/Inspection and monitor performance status after the audits. Generate audit reports that have justifiable objective evidence. Upload audit reports on the Quality Shared Drive and/or any other Quality System Software. Maintain tracking/trending of completed audits for required service areas.
  • Conduct Internal Quality Audits: Conduct scheduled audits, trend analysis and or randomly selected internal quality audits/Inspections based on QM guidance through the contract year. Prepare and upload the audit/inspection report after each audit/inspection on the Quality Shared Drive and/or any other Quality System Software. Conduct C/A follow-up audits/inspections if any deficiency was found during an audit.
  • Conduct Unannounced Quality Audits: Conduct unscheduled no-notice internal quality audits/Inspections through the Contract year. Prepare and upload the audit report after each audit on the Quality Shared Drive and/or any other Quality System Software. Conduct C/A follow-up audits if any deficiency was found during an audit/Inspection.
  • Conduct Follow Up or Subcontractor Audits: Conduct follow-up audits through the Contract year. Amount of the follow-up audits depends on the number of deficiencies found during the internal, unannounced internal and external audit processes. Conduct Subcontract Audits as needed or required.
  • Maintain Customer Comment Program: Collect, maintain and analyze Customer Comments on a weekly basis.
  • Inspect in adverse weather conditions, on construction sites/areas, and loud/noisy environments
  • Hours may include overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
  • Communicate and work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Comprehend any contractual document and apply it to operational and administrative tasks.
  • Formulate data into information to identify potential shortfalls in PWS tasks.
  • Physical Activities: Physical requirements include being able to lift 10 kilos, extended sitting for long periods.

Basic Qualifications

  • Turkish Citizen.
  • Education: University degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of general experience.
  • Fluent in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Comprehending English (Level 3).
  • Have a minimum “B” class driver’s license.
  • All male candidates must have completed military service.
  • Possesses knowledge of industrial and office work conditions.
  • Experience in Auditing, Nonconformance Reporting, and Adverse Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of Quality control or assurance experience.
  • Experience in Corrective Action Plans and Preventative Actions and Change Control process management.
  • Experience working with senior program personnel both Local National and American National.
  • Having a valid ISO 9001/2015 Internal Auditor Certificate is a plus.
  • Safety related experience is a plus (OSHA and or Turkish Safety Laws)
