Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

The Wastewater Plant Laborer is responsible for the routine maintenance and operation of wastewater treatment facilities. They play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of the water supply. Their duties typically include monitoring plant operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the facility complies with environmental and safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor plant operations and check the functionality of equipment and instruments.
Perform basic maintenance on pumps, valves, and other plant equipment.
Assist with the installation and repair of water supply lines and equipment.
Collect water samples for testing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Record data related to water quality and plant operations.
Follow established safety procedures and protocols.
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
Availability to work in various weather conditions and shift patterns including nights and weekends.
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting to supervisors.
Basic computer literacy for recording data and generating reports.
A commitment to safety and environmental standards.
Basic Qualifications
Turkish Citizenship
High school diploma or equivalent
Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation (male candidates)
Must have valid driver license (minimum Class B).
Experience in a similar role or willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and tools.
