Job Identification

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead to join our Group Office Logistics department. The role will work with all existing countries of CCI in standardizing their import operations, establishing a value-creating import organization, and creating guidelines for one standard approach.

What We Expect

  • Ensure daily logistic operations continuity in terms of service, cost and HSE.
  • Reduce delivery cost, increase efficiency, and provide the system with strategies and opportunities that would increase the service level to the customer.
  • Reduction of material handling equipment movements inside the warehouse.
  • Management of direct distribution WHs (if any) and concentrate warehouse operations following the CCI standards and HSE rules. Prepare annual BP.
  • Ensure OTIL (on time in load) is managed to perfrection and that all trucks are loaded on time and in full.
  • Take action to specify and improve the low performance points in order to increase the customer service quality level.
  • Champion for sustainability in the warehouse.
  • Prepare detailed BP for pallet purchasing and responsible for all pallet activities (rent and purchased).
  • Contract management: (working with procurement and finance): Responsible for implementing correct 3rd party service provider/Outsourced WH (for stocking or re-packing activities).
  • Responsible for Annual forklift demands of all plants (purchased or rented) and driving down capex and maintenance costs.
  • Arrange periodic meetings with the whole logistics team, provide coaching and career improvement skills to the team. Lead Sales and Operations Planning meetings from the logistics side.
  • Ensure continuity of the logistics services expected level by cooperating with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Legal and finance departments.
  • Successful WMS implementations.
  • Responsbile for audit findingds related to all warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, General Engineering).
  • Min. 15 years of experience in Logistics, including 8 years in Fulfillment System function.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work within a diversified business culture.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to run comprehensive analysis, focus on details.
