Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, is proud to announce the launch of its new SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) in Türkiye. The Türkiye SAP CoE will serve as one of the major SAP delivery hubs of Atos, with a focus on providing services to Central Europe countries and local Türkiye market while also scaling capabilities to growing markets.

We’re looking for

SAP Logistics Consultants – SD, WM, MM, EWM, PLM, PP

SAP Financials Consultants – FI, CO, CO-PA

SAP Technology Consultants – ABAP, FIORI

Daily tasks;

• be actively part of global SAP Applications Management (AMS) projects
• Solving incident and change requests in the ticketing tool of our clients
• Providing application support under the SAP platform, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA
• Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation
• Manages incidents, service request, problem and change requests reported by user and follow-up promptly for closure.
• Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed time

Professional Experience

• Min 3 years of consultancy experience
• AMS experience is nice to have
• Professionals looking for a Support environment
• Knowledge in using support tools like JIRA, Service Now etc.
• Work Permit in Türkiye
• Excellent level in English
• SAP certification will be an advantage

• Work from home most of the time as our customers are located all around the world
