Job Description
SGS will implement Workday as its global HR Technology solution across 7 regions around the world. The Workday, Data Privacy and Workers Council Liaison Professional will be a key contributor in the upcoming implementation phase.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Liase with members of the SGS Organization to provide data and insight regarding the Workday solution, in support of Worker’s Council and Data privacy Officer requests for information
- Support stakeholders in the preparation and review of material for Workers Council presentations
- Work with the SGS HR Technology team and Workday Implementation Partners to adjust configuration and develop solutions to ensure a fully compliant and secure Workday solution for the SGS business
- Review and understand configuration in SGS’s Workday tenants to provide answers to open questions from key stakeholders, including Workers Council members, HR Teams and data privacy officers at SGS
- Develop and run reports to satisfy information requests from key stakeholders, including Workers Council liaisons, HR teams and Data privacy officers at SGS
Qualifications
- An HR Technology Professional with a strong mix of Workday functional/technology expertise + experience with Worker’s Council negotiation and global data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
- Specific Workday functional and technical capabilities include:
- Workday report writer
- Workday business process configuration
- Workday security configuration and administration
- Fluent in English, German proficiency is a +
- Demonstrable experience with Workday implementations in multiple geographies, including but not limited to the DACH region
Additional Information
Target Location: This is primarily a work from home opportunity, with a preference for candidates in the European Geography
Duration: 4 – 6 months
